Get into Canada through Express Entry System
by XIPHIAS IMMIGRATION migration executiveCanada is one of the developed countries in
the world which is inviting aspirant skilled professionals to enter the
country. Canada is in need of human work force that can help them resolve their
need to address their job vacancies. Canada to quicken the process and make the
process more tangible came up with Express
Entry system. This is an immigration system that Canada came up with
where the profiles will be filtered.
There is an express entry pool, where all
the profiles submitted will be stored. XIPHIAS Immigration helps our clients
with submission of application. We provide them with the right guidance about
the documents required at the time of submission of the application form. Being
a registered immigration consultant for Canada (ICCRC
Registered agent), we have easy access to the Express Entry system,
where we create the account for our client along with submitting the
application form and supporting documents.
It is required that our client provides us
the right information at the time of counseling and application process as each
information requires a supporting document. Documents provided should be
authorized and it should be true in nature. All education certificates must be
verified by an authorized agent and the report of the same shall be submitted.
XIPHIAS usually helps with this process of getting our clients education
certifications validated. The client will have to provide all of their
education certificates to proceed here.
For the client to successfully emigrate
he/she needs to clear the Canada Language Benchmark for which he/she needs to
earn their certificate from an authorized language checker. For this, XIPHIAS
provides online aid to help our clients better
English Language. We provide them with mock tests and internal guidance of
how to improve one’s English language. We have system set up internally to
guide our clients about the language tests.
The profile in the Express Entry system
will be given a score. This score is based on the factors such as age,
education, experience, language benchmark and adaptability. For each of the
factors mentioned, a minimum and maximum score has been set. Based on the
clients reasonability to these factors a score will be adjudged to the profile.
Hence, proper documents supporting the response to each of the factors should
be submitted along with the application. Once the score is awarded, each
profile will be graded or ranked. Profiles with the best ranks will be
filtered. These filtered profiles will then be taken according to the need of
each of the streams for immigration in Canada. Be it the FSWP (Federal Skilled
Worker Program)/ FSTP (Federal
Skilled Traders Program)/ PNP (Provincial
Nominee Program) /CEC stream (Canadian
Experience Class Program), profiles are usually filtered in this manner.
However, the filtered profiles will be accepted only if these profiles satisfy
the requirement of each category.
The provinces especially, provide
nominations only if the profile will address their current list of job
requirements. We at XIPHIAS provide proper guidance and counsel for our clients
to help them understand where they fit in best and work accordingly. We provide
them the best knowledge possible to help them get to crux of their requirement
and proceed accordingly. Each of the profile after having been selected for any
of the streams, is awarded an extra 300 points, which would add up to the
overall score and thus increase the chances of our client being awarded an ITA
(Invitation to Apply) for Canada
Permanent Residency.
We work with our clients till the time they
comfortably settle down in Canada. We even arrange for job interviews if the
situation demands the same. Thus far, in our journey we have had 100% success
rate in helping our clients relocate to Canada through any of the streams offered
by them.
