        2. Push-Ups

Like squats, push-ups are the fundamental movements you can follow in your everyday workout. Push-ups work on your full body using all the muscles. These woke on your core, chest, lower abs, legs, glutes, and arms. It is a great way to increase the strength of your upper body.

How to: 

Start with getting into a plank position, balancing your body on toes and hands. Spread your hands wider than shoulders and keep your body straight from tip to toe like a straight line. Your abdomen should not be too low or too high. Now bend your elbows and lower your full body to let the chest touch the ground and push through your palms and get back up again into a plank position. Repeat. It works for lower back stretches, strengthening your muscles and bones. 

         3. Planks

It is a movement performed in Pilates and Yoga and also works on the almost whole body. From your legs, back, lower body to arms, planks are perfect for burning the extra fat. It is a good lower ab workout as it works on your core.

How to: 

Lie down on your belly and keep your palms near the chest, touching the ground. Slowly push yourself up so that your body stands on your palms and the toes. Keep your body in a straight line from tip to toe. Hold for as long as you can; for beginners, 30 seconds should be the primary goal. 

After performing these exercises, it is essential to cool down and stretch your full body. Try doing some lower back stretches to arms and legs stretches. It will help your muscles to cool down and prevent after-workout pain.
