This 300-hour yoga teacher training course allows yogis to refine their teaching and leadership skills and develop their knowledge of the chakras, anatomy, Tantra philosophy, and more. At the end of the course, you will become a certified Chromatic Yoga teacher authorized to teach Hatha and Vinyasa classes.

Matt's course consists of 4 modules overall. The first module, The Physical, involves 85 hours of learning about biomechanics, anatomy, and technique. Following this is The Heart, another 85-hour module focusing on philosophy, meditation, and theming.

The Heart and the subsequent module, Chromatic Level 1, are those for which you are assigned a mentor.
