GATE 2016 Application Form, Notification, Exam Dates

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2016) that powered by Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). GATE is a National Level test conducted for testing the core subject knowledge of the students and aptitude in the subjects of Engineering. IISc, Bangalore is soon conducting to manage the GATE 2016 examination nation over in the different cities in which huge number of candidates going to take a part and going to appear is expected. The aspirants preparing in the final year or passed engineering or M.Sc. Courses deserve to take a part in the GATE 2016 examination. The Qualify of the GATE reflects the relative performance level of a student.

            Now the IISc will organize GATE 2016 on January – February 2016 and the Online Application procedures will be start vary soon.

Aspirants who are interested for GATE 2016 entrance exam in Engineering from the IITs and Higher Education Colleges in India and interested to attempt the GATE 2016 are informed that aspirants have to fill Online Application form from the official site of IISc i.e iisc.ernet.in. The IISc Bangalore will organize the GATE 2016 from 30th January to 7th February 2016 at many centers. Eligible and applicable aspirants can able to fill GATE 2016 Online Application Form from 1st Sept. 2015 and aspirants will be online registration till 1 Oct. 2015.  

 GATE Eligibility Criteria:-

The Eligibility Criteria of GATE 2016 Exam must fulfil before appearing in the exam, Aspirants should have complete B.E/B.Tech/B.Pharm/B.Arch from a recognized university. And, all the aspirants studying in the final year of the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for GATE 2016, provided that they have to submit the certificate from the Principal of the College or university.

Ø  Form Submission Last Date: 1^st Oct., 2015.

Ø  Last Date for Changing City in Online Application Form: 20^th Nov., 2015.

Ø  Admit Card availability date: 17^th Dec., 2015.

Ø  Online Exam Date: 30^th Jan to 7th Feb. 2016.

Ø  Result Declaration Date: 19^th March, 2016.

GATE 2016 Application Form, Online Registration:-

            GATE Registration 2016 Exam application will be done through online mode; the aspirants have to fill the application forms by accessing the official GATE website of IISc. The aspirants have to fill all information that ask in GATE 2016 Online Application from and attach all other necessary requirement like photos, certificates etc.

            Aspirants, who are eligible and applicable for this post, have to apply through GATE online application processing system. The following some steps to apply GATE 2016 Exam application form:-

·         Aspirants have to go official website of GATE i.e. www.gate.iisc.ernet.in.

·         Aspirants will select the GATE 2016 and click on apply link.

·         Then, click on New User Registration.

·         Then, Aspirants have to fill all information whatever asks in form and fill all details carefully.

·         Uploading passport size photograph, signature and other necessary documents.

·         Pay the application Fee through online banking or bank challan generated from the website at any banks.
