What are the criteria for ranking?
Furnished accommodations are classified into several categories. They are evaluated according to the capacity and classification category.
• General facilities: Living area, Electricity supply, Telephony and communication, television and hi-fi equipment, equipment for the comfort of the client, furniture.
• Room facilities: Bedding, accommodation furniture
• Equipment and fitting out of sanitary facilities: Level of sanitary equipment, equipments
• Equipments and layout of the kitchen: Washing machine, Cooking appliances, Dishes and cooking equipment, other equipment
• Surroundings & surroundings: Lifts, car park, balcony, loggia, terrace, garden, equipment of leisure and relaxation attached to housing, environment
• Status and ownership of facilities and equipment
• Quality and reliability of customer information
• Services offered to customers
• Accessibility
• Sustainable development
In addition, there are 3 advantages of the furnished accommodation and they are namely:-
1.Increased visibility: The ranking reassures and attracts holidaymakers, the organizations that promote your accommodation will put it more easily (some Tourist Offices do not promote unclassified accommodation).
2.Tax benefits: Optional exemption from corporate property tax, reduction of income tax for certain cases, optional exemption from the housing tax.
3.An Accreditation Holiday Checks: With the ranking you would get an accreditation. An additional customer target for your rental.
They are distinguished from other types of accommodation, such as hotel and tourist residence, as they are reserved for the exclusive use of the tenant, with neither reception nor reception hall nor common services and facilities. They are distinguished from the guest room where the inhabitant is present during the hiring of accommodation furniture.
