Fumaric Acid, CAS number 110-17-8, E number E297, used as food acidity regulator.  Fumaric Acid accepted as safe food acidulent in many food products. Fumaric Acid  is a dicarboxylic acid manufactured through catalytic isomerisation of maleic acid, available as White crystalline powder.

General Side Effects

digestive upsets and skin flushing.

Suggested Dosage

As Fumaric Acid is widely known as safe, there is no limit on dosage of intake. However, we still recommend consumers to consult professionals before using large quantity of Fumaric Acid for long period.
