Fresh Salads Are The Way To Healthy Living

Salads are best dish that one can have to stay healthy and fit. It is because salad contains lots of nutritious ingredients.

Salads are very healthy for a person because it is rich in nutrition and are prepared out of fresh vegetables. It’s an amazing invention but it always is underrepresented in the category of meals. It seems to be boring for its bland look. But few changes in the ingredients can change it to a really yummy one. Fresh salads in Glebe are preferred with almost all the meals. 

Salad can be transformed by giving it a colorful and delicious taste which will make it stand alone among all the other dishes included in the meal.  So the steps to beautiful and delicious salads are:

First, one has to decide whether they want a dressing base or a vinegar base salad. This decides the ingredients of the salads. Let’s start with the vinegar based salads. 
The ingredients needed for the vinegar based salads are romaine lettuce, baby tomatoes, red onions, cucumber thinly sliced, shredded carrots, radishes. 
After mixing the ingredients in the bowl, add two tablespoons of vinegar, half a spoon of lemon juice and salt to taste.
After adding the following things mix it thoroughly and a tangy and tasty salad is ready for serving.
If one wants to thicken the dressing then instead of lemon and vinegar one can use red balsamic or basil to give a fresh taste. Along with it one can add crunchy croutons to make the instant salad tasty and delightful.  
If anyone wants a ranch dressing or creamy and milked based dressing then one can add spicy ranch or can add shredded cheese for a rich taste and flavor. On top of it sprinkle some black pepper for a spicy taste.
 
Salads can also be served as a meal, one can dice the chicken and grill them and mix the salad with the chicken pieces and then topping it with spicy ranches or some Italian dressing. 

Not only this, one can change it to an exotic taste by adding some apple slices and baby carrots.  And by adding mandarin oranges one can change it to a Hawaiian chicken salad. 

There are multiple options to choose as an ingredient for the salad. The salad is the only dish one can customizes according to their wish by adding chicken, walnuts, lettuce, and shredded cheese. One can make the salad as a delicious lunch item by adding oranges, apples, chicken, walnuts, lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese. Hence this makes the lunch item both fresh and delicious and good for health. 

Well keeping aside the vegetable salad there is one more type of salad that is a favorite dish of most of the people around. This is a fruit salad i.e. a salad made out of different kinds of fruits. It might not be one of the traditional salads but preparing and eating it is a lot of fun. 

One can add mangoes, bananas, apple, cherries, pears, melons, honeydew, grapes and much more. One can sprinkle some citric juice to give a citric glaze and can add some pure juice of sugar cane and finally can enjoy a sweet and syrupy salad. 

The best thing to compliment with salad is hot soup which is thin and tasty.
