OUR RETURN POLICY: All returns require a RMA (Returned Merchandise
Authorization). To obtain a return authorization, simply e-mail a
request to jsvorster@msn.com. A response will be provided to your
request within 24 hours with instructions of how and where to make your
return.
NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If for any reason you are not satisfied with a
product, you may return the merchandise within 15 calendar days after
purchase for exchange or full refund of the purchase price. The return
of non-defective merchandise is considered a courtesy return therefore
you agree to pay return shipping & handling charges. Merchandise,
merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be
otherwise defaced or damaged and must be in its original minimum inner
pack quantity as shipped by us to be considered for credit or
replacement.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Every product you buy from us must be free of
defects or you may return it for replacement or refund. Therefore, if
upon receipt and inspection of your order, you find the merchandise to
be defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with
return authorization for the defective product and ship a replacement.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT: All merchandise damaged during shipment
is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during
shipping, please contact us at 817-554-3398 or send an e-mail to
jsvorster@msn.com within 48 hours of delivery of your order for your
claim to be processed. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, Fedex, USPS,
and trucking lines, must be complied with to successfully process your
claim.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: Inspect each box for signs of damage such as
crushed, torn, open, unseamed tape, etc. If you do find outward damage,
sign the receipt with the words "Exception - Damage." Contact us
immediately with the invoice number for the shipment involved.
