And you are right. For the most part, free programs that hype up great income claims are a joke. If you are not generating revenue, how do you expect to earn real money?

You are absolutelly right, there is no free money. Even JustBeenPaid, with its scheme 10$ PIF is not free, because if you want to earn, you have to invest.
I work hard on my Free Profit Sharing Sites from M&J Network, and, finally, I invest plenty of my time, and we can say time is money. But I hope I will have some benefit of my hard work. And I know sites is legit. And many others are not. This is bigger problem, so many scams.

I agree with your definition without a single doubt when you say you do not have to spent money but you have to do fulfill certain requirements from the offer providers which means you are making money by providing your services to them by putting your hard work, time and efforts. So how we can call it "FREE", is it logical?

It depends on your definition of free. MY definition says free means you don't have to spend money to make money. Those are the programs I promote. But if your definition of free means you do nothing but sit back and watch the money roll in, I agree completely and am adding my own PayPal addy to the list.

Yes, there is money to be made on the net without spending anything. But you won't get your share unless you are willing to put the proper time and effort into it.
