Fleur Cannabis is Rising in The Cannabis Industry

Evan Marder has today been recognized being the Director of Cultivation for Fleur Cannabis / Cannabis Industry Expert. This recognition is, in part, a result of Marder's work within the Cannabis arena, specifically his work in the cannabis industry as the director of cultivation for Fleur Cannabis as well as a Cannabis industry expert.

Marder, a native of Nevada, has been involved with the Cannabis world for 6 years in legal market, 35 years experience, getting his start when he was 16 in 1986 and has been passionate about all aspects of cannabis ever since. In response to a question on the driving force behind his success, Marder has explained how it really boiled down to making people happy, healthy and providing medicine to those that are seeking a holistic approach to whatever ails them.

Reflecting on the recognition Marder's followers are quoted as saying: "He's loved by all that know him and respected by everyone in his field,".

In a recent one-to-one interview, Marder reminisced on other past achievements, which helped build momentum towards the present day. Notably, one of the proudest was when he founded a cannabis company in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2014 named Matrix NV. Evan drove that company to becoming one of the most recognized brands in the state. Since then he has broken off on his own and started his own consulting company called EM Consulting, and now runs the largest organic cannabis cultivation facility in Las Vegas, called Fleur Cannabis.

In the same interview, Marder stated his intentions for the future. The primary goal for the next 12 months, Marder states, will be to expand the business into other states / countries. Looking farther ahead, the aim is to the see the business at the top of the cannabis industry.

When asked more personally about how he wants to be perceived and remembered, Marder said: "I was someone who truly cared about cannabis for all the right reasons and wasn't someone who got into the industry because he saw an opportunity to make money. I'm someone who is truly passionate about what I do while also caring very deeply about all of my employees. I want to be known as someone who enabled people to achieve their dreams and live good lives,".

Marder closed the interview by sharing his recommendation for anybody who wanted to follow in his footsteps in some fashion, perhaps taking the achievements even further. According to Evan Marder, the key to success is drive, perseverance, ambition, knowledge and building solid relationships. Never stop moving forward. Always believe in yourself and don't let anyone tell you you can't succeed.
