Solution 1: Ensure that Outlook is updated

Step 1: Open Outlook and select File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now.

Step 5: Add an email account to use in your profile by following the directions on the screen.

Step 6: Choose the drop-down under Always use this profile, choose the newly created profile, then select Apply, then OK.
