  • Clear the Cache and Data of the Google Play Store

Clearing the cache and data of Google Play will help you to start over and will also remove unknown bugs if any will be there. To do this task, you need to follow these steps:

Tap on Settings > Go to Apps & Notifications > tap on Google Play Store. In that section tap on Storage,> then click on Clear Cache and then tap on Clear data. In some devices, you might find Apps/Application Manager instead of Apps & Notifications.
