Five Unique Fashion Dress Styles for Ladies for The Festive Season
It’s the season to dress all fancy. Winter is that time of
year, in India, when we have parties, festivals and even wedding. Looking good
is a necessity during this season. We are constantly looking for latest fashion
dress styles because we want to be unique. Every year we hound the stores
before Diwali in search of the most unique outfits.
There are some dress styles for women that simply never go
out of style like the Anarkali for example, but that does not mean that you can
experiment with other styles. Here are
some unique dress
styles for ladies that you can try out this festive season.
- The dhoti kurta: Dhoti pants with a short kurta and dupatta
or even with a crop top are super trendy and in style. This outfit is great for
day out as well as for wedding sangeet or haldi function. Choose bright colors
like pinks, reds and yellows. Accessorize with jhumkas and payals.
- Harem style salwar: Don’t get confused between harem pants
and Aladdin pants. They look quite alike and still possess a heck of
difference! Harem salwars or pants are all throughout more airy and baggy in
style. They do not have strict cuffs like Aladdin salwars. They do not have a
definite structure or shape. To flaunt its quirk style and pattern, team it up
with short tunics or ethnic crop tops.
- Kurta with palazzo pants:
Team a straight cut long kurta with palazzo pants. These pants are loose
fitted, airy and do the job of elongating your legs. They give you the look of
being taller then you are. You can even pair these with a crop top or t-shirt.
You can find palazzos in different styles and in various fabrics. They’re great
for a traditional look as well as for a casual look.
- High-slit long
kurtas: Kurtas with high slits are extremely fashionable these days. They can
be teamed with jeans or a churidar or leggings. They look chic and can be worn
for both casual and traditional dos.
- Long A-line kurtas and dresses: Floor length kurtas or long
dresses are in this season. Long dresses or kurtas with ethnic prints are great
for a Diwali party or a sangeet or pre-wedding bash. They’re comfortable and
incredibly fashionable to look at.
