Fintech star Jignesh Shah to shine in Start up space now
After more than a decade of battling rivals and regulators, exchange
czar Jignesh Shah is rising and shining again. Finally, it can be said that
truth is prevailing and Jignesh Shah is finally getting justice one after
another. As they say that true leaders are always committed to rise and that’s
what is happening in Jignesh Shah’s case, the ace innovator. Many vested
interests tried to single out Jignesh Shah and throw him out from the exchange
space by plotting and conspiring against him. Despite that, truth has prevailed
and can be seen happening in Jignesh Shah’s case. The Bombay High Court in its recent judgment quashed attachment of
assets of 63 moons technologies and NSEL stating NSEL was never a financial
establishment but was just a platform provided to buyers and sellers for
transaction of commodities. Before this, in April 2019, the apex court also set
aside the forced merger of NSEL and 63 moons saying there was nothing in
''public interest'' about the order.
As such, after successfully fighting against injustice it is time for
visionary leader Jignesh Shah to start his new innings, and this time he is
even more confident than ever, all lies against him are nailed one after
another by judiciaries. Although it was proved way back in 2015 that no money
trail was ever traced against him or NSEL and 63 moons, but Shah and his
companies were targeted incessantly.
However, in view of the positive developments, Jignesh Shah wants to
start his second innings as a mentor for India's young entrepreneurs. Talking
about his future plans and about his second innings, Jignesh Shah in a recent
interview said that this time he wants to focus on start-up ecosystem, since he
believes that startup ecosystem wouldn’t be restricted to any exchange or
marketplace at all. He said that his focus will be more on nurturing and
inspiring entrepreneurs on varied scales including agriculture, genetics,
robotics. This time he wants to play the role of a coach because he feels that
it will be a diverse structure with an understanding of entrepreneurship.
