Ferro alloy is combination of the iron with aluminium in a desired proportion. At the time of production, process it is used as additive to the amorphous metals will imparts in a desirable properties for resulting the alloy. Actually, this alloy is use during the production process of another alloy, and when it is add to the alloy then it will increase the sensitivity to heat of the new alloy. Ferro alloy is primarily used as de-oxidation agent for the steel, but it is also using as a moulds in the mixture of scrap copper with carbon steel. Initially when the Ferro aluminium alloy is melt and poured into the mould mixture then it will become very fluid and flows into the interstices of the spatially arranged moulds. In addition, this will make lower the density of the mould than the matrix alloy.

In the electric arc furnace or in the blast furnace, the alloy high carbon Ferro manganese is produce form the mixture of the oxides of MnO2 and the Fe2O3 and coke and coal with high carbon contents. The oxides go thorough the carbothermal reduction in the furnaces and produced the high carbon containing Ferro manganese contents. It is then supply to the industry and manufactures the excellent quality of steel for being deoxidizer and desulphurizer. Two types of Ferro manganese is produce; one is High Carbon Ferro Manganese Manufacturer and medium content Ferro manganese. This produced good is very much low melting point and high anti-oxidant, and this is excellent chemical composition.

The Ferro manganese is supply in the stainless steel manufacturer and in the industry where manganese is use as alloy. This is mainly use in the cast iron industry, steel industry.

In the industry, the Ferro manganese is used to making ferrous alloy depending upon the proportion of the aluminium.
