Fawad Afzal Khan: “When it comes to women, I am frightened”
The Pakistani model and the superstar who has made the Bollywood debut too, confessed that he is frightened of women. In the reality show on Television, he declared that rather enjoying the women around him he feels the terror of them. “When it comes to women, I am frightened, I am terribly frightened of women.” To complement this statement, Fawad Khan gave the logic of it as for him it is difficult to say no to women.
After gaining the popularity from Pakistani dramas like, ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’, Humsafar, ‘Dastan’, ‘Ashk’ and ‘Numm’, Fawad Khan has made his Bollywood debut in the comedy film, ‘Khoobsurat’. He was expected to make his Bollywood debut formerly in 2008, but due to Mumbai attacks it could not be occurred. “This is certainly not the first Bollywood project that was offered to me, Way back in 2008, I was supposed to fly down to Mumbai to meet several producers and directors, but I wasn’t able to make it. When Khoobsurat came along, there was no way I could say no. I mean, it was the chance to meet and work with a legend such as Anil Kapoor,” said Fawad.
Sonam Kapoor, the daughter of the legendary actor Anil Kapoor, is the leading actress of Khoobsurat. She reveals the moments that were the most funniest for her as she did with Fawad during the shooting of ‘Khoobsurat’. She admired him by saying that he has really a true sense of fashion that is impeccable. The film has earned very well at the box office in its opening days, but the song, ‘Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai’has received much appreciation all across the world.
Now-a-days, Fawad Khan is busy in the shootings of his anticipated film, ‘Kapoor & Sons’. The film is starring Fawad Khan, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra in the leading characters. It is really an owner for Fawad that the film will be produced by Karan Johar, the veteran director as well as producer of the Bollywood industry. According to a careful survey of Mumbai Mirror, “They are looking for a fun track with a young, energetic vibe like the film.”
The director of the film, Shakun Batra proved this news as, “Yes, currently we are in the process of locking a track. [The producer] Karan [Johar] has some exciting ideas for the promotional unit and I am looking forward to getting to shoot with all of them again.” The Kapoor & Sons stars shared their excitement on the first day of its shooting:
