Point, Windows, Linux, ESXi, & all other major vendors which are installed
on this product. Also, it has excellent premade-ready EVE-NG labs & EVE-NG
SD-WAN Lab, and as a result, you do not need to waste your time installing all
the images manually or creating a lab from the scratch. EVE-NG LAB Full Pack often
has 61 latest pre-configured images, & you can start practicing your EVE NG
CCNA Labs, the SD-WAN Labs, CCIE Labs, CCNP Labs, & Export labs once you
have downloaded the product. Images for the product are also available from
vendors for Evaluation use.
Create a new node in Eve
ng lab topology
You will require to
create new nodes Eve ng lab
topology on eve-ng. The images for Linux, Ubuntu, Cisco router 7200,
Cisco FTD, & Fortinet are already added to the VM.
For this
·
Right-click on the dashboard and add a new
object and then select the node
·
Select a template. These are created based
on the image names in an eve-ng machine like dynamips, qemu, or iol & the
format of the file. You may be able to select Linux, but if you do not add any
proper image in qcow2 format, it will not be read for node deployment).

After selecting all the templates, you are
required to complete the following:
·
number of nodes as most of the time, only
1 as we are using an image per node
·
select the image name which is based on
the folder from the folder
·
add a name for the node as this will
appear on the topology in dashboard
·
select the number of RAM, and Ethernet
ports
·
select the console access mode as most of
the times using telnet for the router and vnc for the rest
·
keep the rest as it is pre-configured
