If you suffer from constipation due to a different diet or simply a change of water, then mix peppermint with thyme in carrier oil and massage around the tummy in a clockwise direction for about fifteen to twenty minutes. Add two drops of lavender to one drop of peppermint and dilute it before massaging the mix around the temples, the back of the neck and across the brow for relief from headaches.
