The
major assumptions we are taking here while developing this human resource plan
is that there is no scarcity of employees in the industry and sufficient
candidates are available within the industry from which we can identify and
select leaders of the future. Other assumption we are taking while making the
human resource policy is that all changes are well accepted and current
workforce is comfortable with the training and development program which are
designed for them.
Timing
and resource consideration
The
time line which we have designed for the human resource plan is for 3 years.
The entire plan is again divided into 3 parts of 1 year. The resources which
are required for the implementation of the plan is experts on the change
management and leadership development which can either be indentified from the
organization or outside experts can be hired. Academicians and researchers will
also be needed for the designing of the course and its implementation within
the industry environment. Financial assistance would be required for the hiring
of new employee and experts’ rewards and higher remuneration will be required
to keep the motivational level on a higher side. The last and intangible
resource which will be required is commitment from the top management for the
change and training and development plan designed for the employees. If the top
management is committed towards bringing the change small obstacles and hurdles
can be addressed and broader framework can be developed
