Email Error in QuickBooks Desktop
QuickBooks Desktop provide users email option including Outlook, Webmail, and QuickBooks Email. Send your forms like Invoices, Purchase Orders or Estimates use Outlook as their email preference within QuickBooks. Read email error such as outlook obstructs the process, so QuickBooks not able to send the emails to Outlook.
Following possible steps to fix Email issue unable to send:
- First, Choose Edit >> Preferences >> Send Forms
- Then, Click on "My Preferences" >> set Send e-mail using option >> then select "OK"
- Now, Select Outlook >> then click on OK
- Close QuickBooks including all the program
- Restart Windows >> Restart QuickBooks
- Email the report or transaction
