Edit Text in a PDF using Adobe Acrobat

• Launch Adobe Acrobat.
  
  
• Open the file which needs to be changed or improved.
  
  
• Expand the tools sidebar: When you click on Tool at the top the document a sidebar will appear. Click on the Content Editing and then select Edit Text & Images.
  
  
• The text to be edited will outline.

• Green guidelines will help you keep the characters aligned with other objects on the page. 
  
  
• Now edit the font attributes: click the word or phrase needs to be edited and then adjust as desired from the Format Panel.
