The number of fabrics you need is not close to 100 either unless you plan for every individual to have Cheap BNS Gold. We're nearing rank 10 in the guild I'm in with a design in mind. There will be few guilds looking to creating their own outfit given how much it costs which in return won't affect the price of the fabrics.
