Easy Arisen Problems During Production
Many phenomenons appears during production, these phenomenons are different from normal magnesium oxide. For example, the problems of suspended solids, sediment, rubicundity and so on. Do we know what is wrong with it in this case? Now, let us analyze some common phenomenons simply.
1. The low levels of content will bring the phenomenon of white suspended solids and slump ball.
2. The high calcium, bad activation and poor fitness are easy to appear sediment and hierarchy.
3. It is normal to have a thin white sediment in the bottom of container. However, it is an abnormal phenomenon if the white sediment is to much. Maybe it is the problem from magnesium oxide, or chloroprene rubber adhesive. if there are to much white sediment, it’s not the problems form magnesium oxide but the the reaction of resin and solvent.
4. Too high iron content is easy to cause glue turn red. Generally speaking, the iron content can not exceed a certain threshold. If it turn slight red or pink, it would be the problems of magnesium oxide or commodity characteristic itself. If it turns dark red or crimson, it would not the problem of magnesium oxide. Generally speaking, we record that it is the problem of solvent or resin.
The above is the common problems during our productive process. Please do not be alarmed when it has problems. Analyze the reasons for this phenomenon occurs carefully and to improve.
