Dairy cows produce about 90% of the entire planets milk supply. Milk is extremely vital to keep the body healthy. There is a huge quantity of essential nutrients present in the milk that help produce strong bones. You’ll not find these many nutrients in any other beverage.  This is the reason why milk is one of the most important ingredients for the human body.

There are two major diseases that are reduced by regular milk consumption. The first one is Arterial Hypertension. Apart from these two major diseases daily consumption of milk can prevent the risk of breast cancer and colon cancer. For people who have trouble sleeping at night must also add milk to their diet. Milk also helps fight obesity and facilitates weight loss. Thus, people who are trying to lose weight fast must include 2 glasses of milk in their daily diet.

If milk has not yet been a part of your every day diet, it is time that you step towards change. Irrespective of your age, one must consume about 2 cups of milk, daily without fail. This will help in keeping your body healthy and endow you with a longer and healthier life span. It even prevents the risk of some of the most life threatening diseases.
