DIY new Renault keys with Renault smart key 433MHZ

Last week, my husband and I (probably me) had managed to misplace the key when we had a picnic in the countryside.My Renault dealer wanted €120 for a replacement key and reprogramming. Since we have two cars, we drove another car in the following days to win some time to consult some friends.
A friend recommended me Renault smart key 433MHZ, which was on sale for only €24 at, a reliable seller as he said. So we got two blank keys (one for backup), together with a key programming tool from the online seller.
The blank Renault keys and the programmer were all brand new ones. We then generated a key under the help of a friend who was an auto technician. Both of the two new auto keys work very well, and no problems have been spot by far and.
The materials I bought altogether cost less than €90, saving me from visiting the dealer and €30.
