A lot of companies nowadays are dependent with outsourcing industry. Whether it's janitorial and messenger services or consultancy, companies would seek help from entities who dedicate themselves in extending professional help when clients are already full of responsibilities. Common tasks that are being outsourced to a different group include security, construction, factory workers, and a lot more. Aside from those mentioned, companies and businesses also do outsourced payroll. Computations for employee payroll are being done by a different entity outside the business and company.

Payroll outsourcing are a common practice to a lot of businesses and companies since most entities catering outsourced payroll a require lesser monetary exchange for its services, especially if the provider is overseas and based on a third-world country. Third-world providers give the same quality of work at a lesser rate, which is more attractive to clients.

Aside from the fact that the clients enjoy and get satisfied by the services offered by these providers, the burden of getting their own employees a to handle the task are passed on to the providers. Clients don't need to hunt, hire, and employ personnel to do tasks that can be outsourced at a lower rate.

Although clients get a benefit of getting the job done at a lower rate, employees are often concerned on how they are going to file their complaints or payroll disputes. For companies getting payroll services from a provider, they usually deputise an in-house employee who serve as an officer in charge for payroll discrepancies. This employee is the one authorised by the company to handle such concerns and address it to the service provider. Process may take longer than usual compared to having a designated employee for payroll. Common disputes include unposted overtimes, understated net salary compared to previous cut-off, pay slip is missing, and the list goes on. At least, somebody takes responsibility for concerns.
