by John David Blogger
Dynamic ambiances, celebrity clientele, trendy menu are some of the reasons that give exclusivity to a variety of restaurants in Los Angeles. Restaurants offering fine dining in Los Angeles often surprise food lovers with smart concepts of venues inspired by famous people and themes.

L.A. chefs are responsible for making your fine dining in Los Angeles memorable by bringing culinary items made with fresh and locally sourced vegetables, meats and organic ingredients.

Whether you want a fast-casual vegan or authentic Mexican cuisine, here are some of the L.A.’s best restaurants offering fine dining in Los Angeles where you can eat healthily and stay fit.

1.Akasha
Opened in 2008 Akasha offers farm-to-table cuisine influenced by Richmond.
Eat safely the mouth watering chicken tostada salad made with gluten-free tortilla, cabbage, romaine, cilantro, jicama, black beans, cherry tomatoes, guacamole, tomatillo salsa. You can add albacore crudo and tandoori spiced chicken wings to your menu.
Akasha goes meatless on Mondays with grilled Thao farms bok choy, eggplant, red pepper and basil stir-fry, with crispy jasmine rice.
For a heavy meal, you can go for sake-braised short ribs or rice with mung beans and vegetables, tomato chutney and raita.
Beverages include fresh juices, in-house syrups. Don’t forget the memorable boutique wines.

2.Frida Restaurant Los Angeles
Frida Restaurant Los Angeles is a modern, upscale, full-service Mexican restaurant in Glendale. If you want to taste the original food eaten by the Aztecs and the Mayans Frida Restaurant Los Angeles would be the best place.
The restaurant serves delicious and contemporary authentic Mexican cuisine.
Here you’ll get real Mexican food, handmade, homemade, intoxicatingly aromatic, and visually entrancing.
They follow the same culinary methods; their recipes are the same that include maize, tomatoes, tomatillos, cocoa, beans, avocados, epazote and chiles among others.
Taste the tacos here. All tacos are made with soft corn tortillas and are available in low carb lettuce wrap if a customer prefers, topped with onions and cilantro. Tacos are served with rice and beans or spring mix.
The fillings that you can choose are almost endless.  Right from grilled marinated chicken topped with guacamole (Pollo), grilled marinated sirloin with sautéed onions and jalapenos (Asada), slow cooked tender pork meat (Carnitas), freshly caught and beer battered Mahi Mahi topped with pico de gallo, and the list goes on.

3.Nobu Malibu (Co-Owned by Celebrity-Bobby DeNiro)
Overlooking Surfrider beach and the Malibu Pier the restaurant gives the best ocean view. The restaurant’s minimalist interior with wood paneling complements the environment perfectly. So does its heavenly menu.
You get mini tacos here at $20 and Nobu’s signature tiradito for $22, hamachi kama $21. Sake is famous here but also try Peruvian Caipirinha ($14) with pisco, shiso, and ginger beer. The Nashizaki ($14) with whiskey from Yamazaki.
A point to note here is reservations are a must unless you are visiting early on weekdays. Else you will be in long Q, though seats at the sushi bar are available for the walk-ins on a first-come-first-served basis.

4.The Bazaar by José Andrés
At SLS Beverly Hills, the Bazaar offers a magical culinary experience of traditional Spanish flavors made with cutting-edge culinary techniques.
Experience the beverage and cocktail. You get aperitivos, ciders, and wines of Spain with traditional porron service and a brand new set menu highlighting playful signature bites on the terrace of The Bazaar at Bar Blanca!
Another attraction is the Spanish chef’s modern cooking methods. Indulge yourself in the tasty menu sitting inside the hidden dining room Saam.
If you want something light go for Philly Cheesesteak made with seared Wagyu beef (the most expensive beef known for its high percentage of oleaginous unsaturated fat) inside the bun with avocado and uni.

5. The Veggie Grill
This is a vegetarian chain with different locations in CA, Oregon, Washington. The LA outlets include the Dome Entertainment Center at ArcLight Cinemas Hollywood, the Original Farmers Market, Westwood.
Try the Mondo Nachos - "chicasa" taco blend of veggie proteins, caramelized onions, mashed avocado, Veggie Grill cheese, jalapeños, soy cream and corn chips.
Salads include the famous All Hail Kale with marinated kale, quinoa, red cabbage slaw, corn salsa, agave-roasted walnuts, and ginger-papaya vinaigrette.
Taste the Harvest Bowl, Field Roast sausage, herb-roasted veggies, steamed kale, porcini mushroom and miso gravy.
