Disadvantages of not being on Social Media

All of us use social media everyday and we all understand how important is social media marketing is for businesses. But some brands even now don't use social media to promote their brand in social media.

The question which arises in my mind is why they don't use social media in this age also:-
The answer which I get for this question is
i) We don't have dependability on online world for our sale.
ii) Why should I waste my time on social media?
iii) What will I get from Social Media?
iv) Will it increase my sales?
v) How much sales will it increase?

My answer to them is just simple if you are not using social media, you will be left behind in this age of social media.

Social Media is a very powerful tool which when used properly can increase the sales, traffic of the websites.

Now come to the Disadvantages of not using social media:-
i) No brand awareness for your brand or website.
ii) Many of the people complain on social media if they are not satisfied by your services. So, you should keep an eye on the social media for your brand mentions weather they are good or bad mentions.
iii) If someone is not satisfied by your service, then you can ask for his recommendations so that you can improve your service and if possible give him some coupon or cashback for his grievances.
iv) No online sales with the use of social media.
v) You cannot show offers to mass public using social media.
