Dirty Vibezs shares a few of his daily routines with us.
• Drink Water, the body is made up of over 60% of water and Dirty Vibezs ensures he is properly hydrated at all times
• Rest- despite travelling across various cities, countries and continents Dirty Vibezs still manages to ensure he gets proper rest, think power naps between flights and whenever he get down time.
• Meditation-Dirty Vibezs believes in living holistically as such he meditates daily
• Exercise- An avid runner you can find Dirty Vibezs taking his morning run each day
• Eat lots of fruits and vegetables he cannot stress that enough living by the adage “let your medicine be your food and your food be your medicine.”
• Reduce or eliminate processed food as much as possible from the diet
• Eat small portion over consuming large meals
• Cutting down on fried foods and sugary drinks
• Reduce or eliminate alcohol intake although being in a club almost nightly you will see Dirty Vibezs sipping on water between sets
• Try to eat organically as much as possible
• Finally learn to prepare you own meals the joy that can be derived from cooking a meal is many Dirty Vibezs favorite meal includes a honey mustard baked fish with vegetables.
We would do well to take a page from Dirty Vibezs book as he has managed to keep his weight at a minimum and remain healthy all while working a very hectic schedule.
