Medical Imaging technicians are health care professionals who specialize in imaging/radiography technology. Specializations include X-Ray, Computed Tomography (CT scan), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), etc. These technicians perform various tasks such as assisting radiologists in their work, operating CT scan, MRI scan and other equipment, guiding patients throughout the procedure, etc.

Eligibility criteria for admission in this course may differ from institute to institute. Some require 12th Pass in any stream while some institutes require applicants to be 12th pass in Science stream.
