Human resource department is one of the most important departments in any company, as a Human resource, directly and indirectly, manage the manpower and improves the productivity of the company. There will be a human resource executive or a firm assigned to every individual in the company, as a human resource would be responsible for answering the performance of the employee to the higher management. The human resource would play a major role in terms of an employee growth, as the department would be engaged in the process of increment and promotion of the employee.

·         Employee introduction to the company

It is important to introduce the candidate to the company in terms of bank accounts, ID cards and so on... A hassle less exit could be a wise step in terms of retaining the employee after a span of time or to get more candidates with the help of a reference.
