Decision Sterling selling Midia Resources, published in Official Gazette
Sterling Resources Ltd approved the sale CIEP Romania to Midia Resources sarl (the Carlyle Group) and the decision was already published in the Official Gazette last week to conduct opposition period.

Sterling Resources sold 42.5 million dollars over its business in Romania International Energy firm Carlyle Partners (CIEP).
The transaction includes the cost shares Pelican13 offshore oil perimeters (which owns 65%), 15 Midia (65%), EX- Star 25 (50%) and Muridava EX-27 (40%).
Perimeters, located in the Romanian Black Sea continental shelf, contain a number of significant discoveries of gas resources and net present 2C category and net Possible resources that amounts to the equivalent of about 51 and that 375 million barrels of oil.
