As the trend of social media is increasing, the scope of blogging is also increasing and every social media marketing agency is trying to get in on the blogging platform as well. Take Instagram blogging for instance, we all would have come across at least 5 different types of bloggers or influencers on Instagram while we were exploring content. And the one most close to our interest in the one we follow. People believe what they have to say about a certain product and about a certain issue because their reviews had gained the trust of these people.
Bloggers have a loyal audience. And ever since the companies realized this, they started using bloggers for their campaigns and a digital marketing agency like us also works hard on the campaigns which include bloggers or influencers. As the content to be put forth should be authentic and also engaging. The audience interacts with these bloggers and influencers through comments or story replies and thus a network of trust is built. And while this all seems authentic, some of the content is now paid and no real reviews are involved. But the audience figures it out soon and the blogger might lose followers if that happens.
But all in all it is the newest trend and the one everyone follows. People trust normal people who are not celebrities, promoting or reviewing certain products in which they are interested and might purchase based on that review. And when this audience checks out the product themselves, they share their review with their followers and then a chain reaction starts among the people who are most likely to buy this product and this eventually benefits the company. Advertising and marketing techniques change every few years as new platforms emerge and people opt for them. And these new platforms pose challenges for the companies at first but then agencies like us come in handy as we have gained expertise on this very digital media.
And then we suggest different marketing techniques to reach out to the audience and to convince them to buy the desired product. Things need to be crystal clear on social media otherwise the results are not good. Once the product receives a bad review, people will trust that opinion and start staying distant from that product. So the reviews are very important, we are not saying that everyone will hate the product because of a single review but if there is a mishap in delivery service or use of foul language from the page, it will cost them a lot because people have got more power than ever due to social media and they can crush any brand if they want through their words. So the brands try to be careful and considerate of this educated and powerful audience while devising a campaign and try to keep their viewpoint in their minds before launching a certain campaign so there is a minimum risk of failure. And their satisfaction with the actual product is also kept in mind.
