The experts are solely responsible for collecting details, disseminating key messages and working out with the media. Apart from this, the expert team also monitors the response of the crisis. Identify your team members and describe their roles. Ensure you need to have an expert who will act as a spokesperson, who will attend media calls, who will handle all the internal communication, and so on.
