You can browse projects on this directory by voice actors, audio producers, musicians, or translators. Project Marketplace aims to accelerate the hiring process for you, allowing you to choose a project, pay, and get the work finished professionally.

Voices’ new method of hiring benefits both project seekers and clients as it provides you with a place where voice actors can post their projects once and be visited over and over by many clients.

Using Project Marketplace starts on the Voices website, with a visible search bar at the top of the screen with the default category ‘Talent’ showing. You simply replace ‘Talent’ with ‘Projects’ from the drop-down menu, type in some keywords, and hit enter.

An alternative way is for you to hover your cursor over the ‘Find Talent’ choice on the navigation bar, choose ‘Project Marketplace,’ and click ‘Browse Projects’ to browse by price, delivery time, or rating. Filters for Voice Over, Audio Production, Music, and Translation narrow the projects that appear even more. You can also filter by price and delivery time.

The offerings on Project Marketplace are pre-made packages but can be customized for recording quality, length, number of revisions, and more. When add-ons are chosen, the new price is immediately displayed.

Once payment details are entered, scripts and specific instructions to the talent can be attached to the order.

Project Marketplace will not replace Talent Marketplace, the current way of hiring talent at Voices. Each method is a complement to the other so that you can hire talent in whichever way serves you better. Talent Marketplace will continue if you want a brief proposal, a quote, and short sample recordings from several voice actors before making a choice.
