After thorough research, we have concluded that there are some breeds that don't harm kidneys that include pitta bread, chapatis, white or granary bread rolls, wholemeal, etc. However, it's better to talk to your renal dietitian to know whether it's suitable for your kidneys or how much you can eat in a day. As there is a nexus of kidney problems that require different diets and treatment to get it back into functioning.
