Complete Information for KIITEE 2016

The KIITEE 2016 is an entrance exam for candidates who are seeking admission in various undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology. The KIITEE 2016 will be held in April 2016. The KIITEE Exam is an online exam. This is an entrance exam is for candidates seeking admission in undergraduate courses offered by the KIIT University.

The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology is in Bhubhaneshwar and is a deemed university. The candidates who want to write the KIITEE 2016 need to fill the application form. The exam will be conducted in 120 cities across the country. The KIIT University is yet to release an official brochure stating the details of the KIITEE 2016 Exam Years.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate must be born on or after 1st July 1995.
  • The candidate must be in their 12th class and appearing for their board examination in 2016.
  • The candidates must score atleast 60% marks with the core subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.


Application Process

  • The KIITEE 2016 Application form will be available online.
  • The candidates can fill the application form available on the official KIIT website.
  • The form will only be available online.
  • The first step is to visit the official website.
  • Click on the link indicating ‘KIITEE Application form’.
  • Make sure you enter valid details in the form.
  • Check the details entered before clicking on ‘submit’.
  • A unique application number will be generated which must be noted carefully for further reference.
  • Candidates can also submit the form offline by sending a printout of the filled form to the head office of the university.


Examination Pattern

The KIITEE 2016 will be conducted online.
The candidates applying for engineering courses will have a paper consisting of 120 objective type based questions.
The candidates applying for Medical courses will have a separate paper consisting of 180 questions.
The KIITEE Exam 2016  will be held in April 2016.
The candidates who successfully apply for the KIITEE 2016 will be issued their Admit cards.
The questions will be based on the subjects relevant to the course in question.
Every question carries 4 marks.
There is negative marking of 1 mark for every wrong answer.
The candidates will get 3 hours to answer the paper.
The final selection of the candidates will be based on their merit in the computer based test.
