Comparison between Airwheel two-wheeled intelligent scooter S3 and S5 review
20, January 2016: Since Airwheel pushed out the two-wheeled intelligent scooter
S3, the door to the phase of two-wheeled scooters are opened by
Airwheel. From then on, Airwheel wheeled scooters has been keeping a
high momentum and enjoying the great popularity all over the world.
Subsequent to S3, Airwheel released another model of two-wheeled
scooter—S5. Although S3 and S5 belong to the same series and have much
in common, they literally have some important differences. Firstly, they
are positioned in a different. Airwheel S3 is intended for ride on the
road, whereas Airwheel S5 is especially for tough terrains. S5 is
positioned as a personal VAT, implying that S5 will negotiate any
terrain.

S3 is a two-wheeled self-balancing electric scooter,
so is S5. However, the two adopt the different wheels. S3 uses smaller
tyres, more suitable for ride in the city or some places like golf
diamond. It is often used in large plants as a personal transport
alternative to cars. The speed of Airwheel S3 is sufficient for the
commute at the plant. At the same time, it produces no emission and
makes no noise, not threaten others and distracting other’s attention
from their job. S5 chooses the bigger tyres. The jumbo tyres enable S5
to pass over more bumpy terrains. What’s more, S5 is equipped with the
wing in the front of S5, which is for preventing S5 from dirty water in
the rain.

Since Airwheel intelligent self-balancing scooter
S5 is positioned as a personal AVT, S5 is naturally to own a more
powerful thrust so that it can jump over tough terrains and steps. S5
has a potent battery capacity, which suitable for a long trip. In the
open air, the range plays a great role in electric scooter. If the range
on a full charge is fairly short, the electric scooter can hardly been
termed as a transport alternative to the private car. It is bound to be
kept out of widespread use. Therefore, S5 is endowed with a stronger
thrust than S3.
