Companies that choose not gas supplier to 31 August

According to a draft order of ANRE, for industrial consumers who do not conclude until 31 August provider at the time or with another provider, a contract for the sale of natural gas, of providing natural gas negotiated sent by their supplier contract shall be considered tacitly accepted and, consequently, concluded as of September 1, 2015, unless ȋn non-household customer shall report, to date, a request for modification / completion of conditions / contractual or refusal to sign the contract.

Liberalized market from 1 January 2015
According to ANRE Order no. 107/2014 , firms which until 31 January 2014 are supplied the gas at regulated prices, namely not until then had exercised their eligibility right and opted not to supply under negotiated, had to choose a natural gas supplier, may including to change supplier at the time, and to conclude a contract with the chosen supplier of gas sale by the end of 2014, either through direct negotiation of price and trading conditions, either by accepting an offer standard supplier.
