Commissioning manual without load of Raymond mill

The progress of commissioning about Raymond mill as follow:

(1). The lower the pressure spring is (effective length after being compressed), the more pressure roller exerting on material is, the lower pressure is, the higher the capacity is. However, load of main motor shall be taken into consideration. The working length of spring shall be controlled between 200-210mm.
(2). Before the trial run, adjust the spring between the separator and mainframe, assure that the main axis of the separator is vertical and the distance between the separator and the mainframe should be 5-8mm.
(3)Adjust the rotating speed of electromagnetic adjustable speed motor to change blade rotation helps to reach different finish fineness.
(4)The trial run must be unloaded. Before trial run, the roller system should be tightly bound with steel cables to prevent collision of the rollers against the ring. The trial run without load should last not less than one hour.
