In this modern century of applied electronics and super-computers, day by day we are becoming too much occupied with ourselves. In this globally used therapy, at first, the psychologist has a session with the individual having mental illness to know or find out the exact problem and afterwards, different strategies are selected to address that problem. Generally, psychologists select a particular Therapy once they are absolutely sure about the mental illness. Through vast years of experience, they are aware about the most effective therapy for a particular mental illness.
