First I would like to tell you, when I was looking for a BEAUTIFUL place to live, I was totally convinced by CoEvolve Northern Star that fulfills all my needs. Very clean and the management is so friendly and very helpful! They made me feel right at home. Apartment and grounds were very well maintained. The booking process and the sales person was amazing, explained all the details and queries very patiently. Whenever I call them or text them they will respond immediately, and help with any task regarding banking and documentation. Every booking process went smoothly and steadily.

Location : I prefer and recommend it because Thanisandra is also in close proximity to several corporate and IT giants like Kirloskar, Phillips, IBM, Accenture and Siemens. The Manyata Embassy Business Park, an IT SEZ (Special Economic Zone) is one of the biggest tech parks in this area. From Thanisandra, connectivity is very easy to Jakkur, Nagawara Junction, Hebbal, HBR Layout, Hennur, and Sanjay Nagar. There are many good shopping centres such as Orion Mall, Esteem Mall and Sigma Mall. There are many good educational institutes and health care centres.The well-planned and brilliantly laid outhouses of Apartments in Thanisandra includes all of the modern conveniences of urban life completely equipped to live a high-quality life. 

Specification : The apartments are morden, beautiful and spacious. Very unique for luxury city living. Apartments in CoEvolve Northern Star include vitrified tiles in living, dining, kitchen, bedrooms, while anti-skid ceramic tiles have been used in bathrooms, balconies and utilities. The windows are made of 3 track frames with mosquito mesh shutters, hi performance glass from Saint-Gobain on sun facing windows and ventilators with adjustable glass louvers in toilets. All frames are made of eco-friendly engineered wood.  The main door has a teak finish, bedroom door has moulded skin panel shutter, bathrooms has commercial solid core flush shutter with one side PU coating and balconies has uPVC French doors with sliding glass shutters.CoEvolve North Star jobs to be the torchbearer of the fresh methods of inspirational architecture.
