Eligibility Test | CISF Driver Syllabus 2016/ Exam Pattern :

The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Due to heavy demand of the Syllabus and Examination pattern of Written test/Trade Test, Physical Efficiency test, Physical Standard test and to provide an Aid to the candidates in their preparations we are providing detailed examination pattern of the aforesaid examination. Candidate eligibility i.e. Age, Educational Qualification, Height, Chest, Driving Licence, Driving Experience etc. will decided by the Recruitment Board. The reservation of SC/ ST category candidate will depends on Eligibility prescribed in the notice. Applicant who will not able to fulfill the requirement of Height will not considered. Those who will able to qualify in Eligibility test should come for Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

  Physical Standard Test (PST)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

• Run : 800 Meters to be completed in 3 minutes and 15 Seconds
• Long Jump : 11 feet (Candidate will be given 3 chances)
• High Jump : 3 feet 6 inches (Candidate will be given 3 chances)

Written Test and Trade Test :

Those who qualify in the PET, physical measurement and detailed verification of eligibility standards/documentation will put through the following tests. Any candidate who do not secure the minimum qualifying marks in these tests as shown against each, will eliminated from that particular stage and will not allowed to appear in the further tests:-

Document Verification and Medical Exam :- Participants who declared successful in PET /PST will be called for Document Verification & Medical Examination. In this round the BSF authorities will do verification or original documents like education certificates, caste certificates, medical reports etc. Applicants who declared pass in document verification will be further called for Medical Exam involving your fitness test, stamina etc. After preparation of merit list, the candidates selected in order of merit (category-wise) will be put through a detailed medical examination to assess their fitness. Some additional candidates may be called to cater to the shortfall arising due to absence of candidates for medical examination or medical unfitness of the candidates. Final selection will be made on the basis of merit from the candidates called for detailed medical examination.
