To help you out, we've compiled a collection of different chocolate cake recipe that you can prepare at home. This collection contains something for everyone, from ravishingly rich alternatives to a healthier version.

1. Mug Cake with Chocolate

If you're concerned that eating a full cake may derail your health goals for the month, consider the chocolate cupcake instead. The cake is prepared in a mug, as the name implies. It's excellent for those of us searching for a quick dinner to serve to guests and relatives. It's uncomplicated, flavorful, and fuss-free.

Method of cooking

·       Break an egg in the mug with the largest mug to minimise overflowing in the oven.

·       Stir in the oil and milk with a fork until the consistency is reached.

·       Add the remaining ingredients, which include maida flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt, and a few drops of vanilla extract. Stir with a spatula until everything is well blended.

·       Place your mug in the microwave oven's middle position and reheat for approximately 1-2 minutes.

·       Baking times may range between microwaves.

·       In less than 10 minutes, you'll have a fluffy, delectable Chocolate mug cake. Allow it to cool before serving.

2. Cheesecake with White Chocolate

We offer something unique for all cheesecake aficionados. White chocolate cheesecake is a delicious dessert that will earn you bonus points with your friends and family members. Add a winning touch to this exceptional cake by topping it with a raspberry crush.

Method of cooking

·       In a big mixing basin, beat together 3 tablespoons of sugar, butter, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract with a rubber spatula.

·       Fold in the flour to make a moist dough. It should not be kneaded.

·       Place the prepared dough on a square baking dish, prick the middle with a toothpick, and cook for 20 minutes at 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Until the top crust has a light brown colour

·       Melt the chocolate for about 2 minutes in a large bowl that can be placed in a microwave. Stir thoroughly, then heat for another 2 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely melted.

·       In a large mixing basin, whisk cream cheese, remaining sugar, and vanilla essence with a hand mixer until smooth and frothy. After each addition of egg, add the chocolate mixture and eggs one at a time, beating at low speed after each addition. Blend thoroughly.

·       Place the contents on top of the cooked crust. Cook for 50 minutes at 160 degrees, or until a fork inserted in the centre comes out clean.

·       Take out the cake from the oven and cool completely before loosening the sides with a sharp knife.

Refrigerate the dessert for 4 to 5 hours and then serve. Before serving, top with 3 to 4 tbsp raspberry crush and a strawberry or raspberry garnish.
