Celebrity photographer is a smaller subset of professional photojournalism in which the subjects are ordinary people in the visual arts, athletics and at times politics. There are generally three kinds of celebrity photography used by most newspapers and magazines: celebrity portraiture, celebrity photography and event photography. In event photography, the subjects are usually professionals who have recently won awards or been chosen for an award. The subjects in celebrity photography are usually related to the subject of news events.

A GOOD PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHER SHOULD NEVER STOP SHOOTING EVEN WHEN THINGS GO WRONG.

The opposite is true too. Some photographers tend to stop working long before their images look right. This is wrong, and you should never do it.Some amateur photographers can be very good in terms of technical skills, but are terrible when it comes to business skills.

However, the difference between an amateur photographer is that the amateur probably does not have the same level of technical knowledge as the professional. Thus, the amateur might get lucky once or twice and get some really fantastic images, but more often than not he or she will end up with images that do not look anywhere near as good as they could have.

FOR INSTANCE, ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF TAKING IMAGES OF FAMILY EVENTS AND FAMILY PORTRAITS ARE LIGHTING AND THE PROPER POSITIONING OF THE PEOPLE IN THE SHOT.

Many photographers know how to set up the studio lights, position the poses and portraits so that the whole event looks well lit and staged. If this is the case, then the result will be uneven, boring photos.
