CCW Classes Brookhaven

Our CCW classes in Brookhaven teach a variety of shooting, reloading, safety, and handling techniques.  We use a combination of lectures and drills to provide you the information you need in a fun and safe environment.  Our qualified instructors have all of the necessary certifications, experience, and training to provide you with the expert knowledge you need. 

These CCW Class Brookhaven will review basic gun handling and safety techniques for those that need a refresher course.  We know that our lives are full of information, and that sometimes it is hard to remember every minute detail.  One of our goals is to provide the information in a way that you will remember. 

Our instructors cover a variety of essentially important topics.  Having the right ammunition is paramount to the safety of your gun and to yourself. We will teach you the importance of selecting the right ammunition and how to load and unload it safely from your firearm.   We will also cover a variety of ways to load and unload your firearm under pressure. Sometimes a critical situation calls for you to be able to quickly and efficiently load and unload your gun and using improper methods can result in dire consequences

We will teach you a variety of different shooting techniques.  There may be a time when you need to shoot your firearm while moving.  We will teach you how to efficiently and quickly draw and shoot your firearm while moving. Our instructors cover the proper methods for carrying a concealed firearm.  They also cover how firearms can be accurately drawn from concealment.

We cover how to grip your firearm and how to draw and shoot using one hand.  You may not have time to get both hands on the gun before the need arises to fire it.  Learning proper shooting and drawing techniques can not only save time, it can save your life.   Our instructors also cover how to draw and shoot a concealed weapon over a variety of positions.  You may not always be standing when you need to protect yourself.

When using a firearm, there is always the possibility of a jam or malfunction with the weapon.  Being able to efficiently and correctly fix malfunctions can be critical in dangerous situations.  Our classes will teach you how to correct malfunctions under pressure.  We also realize you may not have the luxury of removing your hand from your firearm.  We will cover a variety of one – handed techniques that could help save your life in a multitude of situations.  We also cover the appropriate gear and equipment to use with your firearm.

We understand that gun laws can be extremely confusing and hard to understand.  These classes in Brookhaven will help you understand the laws.  It is important to understand the laws of self – defense, so these are covered as well.   We also teach a variety of different scenarios.  We use these scenarios to teach you real-life situations in which you have no other option but self – defense.  It is important to understand, however, situations in which taking cover may be the better option.

The law does not require gun owners to take a safety course.  These CCW Class Decatur do more than just teach safety.  Our goal is for you to complete these classes confident in your knowledge when applied to the laws of self-defense and gun safety, how to responsibly and safely handle your concealed weapon, and ways in which you can minimize the risk of accidents caused by your concealed firearm.
