CCMT Counselling 2014 in mid week of April

Centralized Counselling for M.Tech/M.Plan (CCMT) for admission in M.Tech. programs in various engineering colleges in India will begin from the mid week of April.

GATE 2014 Counselling has already been started by various institutions.

GATE 2014 exam was conducted in February month and the GATE 2014 result was declared on 27 March 2014. Students, who qualified in GATE 2014 exam and now, want to join a good engineering college for post-graduation program, can take part in the CCMT counselling soon.

CCMT 2014 will be organized for admissions to NITs (National Institutes of Technology), IIIT Allahabad, IIITM Gwalior, IIITDM Jabalpur, NIFFT Ranchi and SLIET Longowal. Students seeking admission in one of the above colleges, can apply for the CCMT 2014 counselling. CCMT 2014 wil be conducted by the Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT).

Following is the eligibility criteria for CCMT 2014

1. Candidates should have a valid GATE score in his specialization.
2. Candidate should have secured at least 6.5/10 or 60% marks in degree course.
3. SC/ST candidates with at least 6.0/10 or 55% marks in degree course are also eleigible.

CCMT 2014 Important Dates

1. Start of CCMT 2014 online applications: Mid Week of April, 2014
2. Last date for Online Application form and fee payment:Mid May 2014
3. Round 1 of Seat Allotment: June First week, 2014
4. Round 2 of Seat Allotment: June Last Week, 2014
5. Round 3 of Seat Allotment: July First Week, 2014
