Why Is It Divided In Term 1 and Term 2?

The CBSE Class 12 Syllabus 2021-22 has been changed a bit due to the complications the board faced this year.


As we know, the world is facing worse situations for 2 years because of COVID-19. The education is also affected and the board was unable to conduct the board exam this year. Hence, the board had to release the CBSE Class 12th result without taking any exam. 


Therefore to deal with unfortunate situations. The CBSE Board decided to divide the class 12th syllabus into half. The divided syllabus will help the board to conduct the examination twice a year. So that the preparation of the result could be a little easy. 


Furthermore, the syllabus will help students to keep their study in sync instead of delay.

Distributions of CBSE Class 12th Syllabus 2021-22

To ease the students the board has splitted the Syllabus in term Wise, Term 1 Exam will consist of 50% Syllabus whereas Term 2 will consist of the remaining 50% syllabus. 


To complete the syllabus on time students should start using their CBSE Class 12 Books, revision notes, etc.


Also, the distribution of the syllabus is in such manners, where the MCQ questions will be asked in term 1 and the descriptive or theory papers will be asked in term 2 exam.
