CAT Exam 2020: admit card and result date

 The Common Admission Test (CAT) exam 2020 registration date is over and students are waiting for admit cards, CAT Exam held on Nov 29, 2020 in 3 shifts of 2 hours in more than 150 centers.  CAT result 2020 will be declared by IIM Indore by the second week of January 2021. In order to download their CAT 2020 result, candidates will be required to enter their credentials i.e. CAT user ID and password.  CAT  exam is India's no one Management entrance exam in the country. CAT 2020 Exam Syllabus: For the CAT exam 2020, there is no predefined syllabus. The syllabus is divided in three sections as mentioned below: 

• CAT Quantitative Aptitude: The syllabus for CAT quantitative aptitude mainly includes topics from class 8-10 like geometry, algebra, number system, etc.

• CAT Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation: The logical reasoning section is very generic and a wide variety of questions based on seating arrangement, direction sense test, etc. are included. The data interpretation section includes questions mostly based on data caselets and graphs.

• CAT Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension: In this section, comprehension passages are given followed by a few questions. Apart from that, few of the grammar-based questions like sentence completion, jumbled sentences, etc. are asked.

CAT Exam 2020 results are expected to be declared in the 2nd week of Jan 2021 as per past 3-4 years trends. This year 2.3 lac students fill the CAT Exam form. How to Download the Result of CAT 2020: To check their CAT 2020 result, candidates will have to visit the official website. For safety purposes, candidates must keep a copy of the CAT 2020 result with them. After checking the result of CAT 2020, candidates must ensure that they have downloaded and printed the same for future reference.

Calculation of Scaled Score in CAT 2020: The result of CAT 2020 will contain section wise scaled score and overall scaled. To calculate the scaled score of each section, below-mentioned steps are likely to be followed by IIM in CAT result 2020.
