Image I know there are people out there struggling with joint pain and muscle soreness. In fact, I remember well, I read on our local daily that nearly 20 million Americans have a joint pain problem. This means that this problem is very common.

The bad thing about having painful joints is that the pain is always there no matter what you. Everyday tasks appear to be uphill tasks. Imagine feeling a sharp pain when you try to open your ordinary jar of peanut. Or a sharp back pain when you take the only step on your door?

To me, coping with joint pain is the worst life you can have. This is partly because you are unable to comfortably do your daily tasks and most people will think you're pretending in order to avoid getting tired. So besides the pain, there's also the emotional aspect of the condition.

There are many cause of joint pain. And btw, in most cases, joint pain is not a disease in itself, it is just a symptom of the disease. Pain in the joint, in general, is caused mainly by inflammation and friction. Friction can be cause by many other causes like;

  • joint dryness (lack of adequate synovial fluid)
  • worn out joint tissues -when the connective tissue is degraded, the bones forming the joints may conflict with each other making it impossible or painful to move the joints
  • Weak tendons- tendons are the tissue that hold the joints in place. Weak tendons may mean that the joints are out of place

Inflammation on the other hand is caused by our bodies' immune system in response to foreign substances such as bacteria and viruses. However, our immune sometimes misbehaves and causes inflammation even when there are no foreign substances to fight off. These result to autoimmune diseases. The major cause of joint pain are autoimmune illnesses.

There are literally thousands of ways to fight pain in the joint. I can't tell you about all of them, but I can tell you about one method that I have used and proven to be effective; Flexdermal. I decided to use the product after I read about the FLexdermal reviews from an arthritis forum. I found myself on the forum since I was experiencing pain when I lifted weights in the gym. In fact, I had cut my weights to nearly half.

I bought the product since it made the promise to instantly end my pain and restore normal joint functioning. Well, I was a bit sceptical - you would also be when you see the Flexdermal cost ($29.99) - but I bought it anyways. I think it was a year ago. I have now bought several tubes of the joint pain cream in the period.

According to my usage, these are its strong point.

  1. The product is prepared for natural ingredients (methanol, camphor and Eucalyptus). If you know your biology well enough, you will confirm that these ingredients are known to have natural soothing sensation. In fact, when you apply the cream on your joints you are left with a cool - literally - sensation.
  2. The product is safe to use without any known side effects. However, the manufacturer advises users to avoid using it on broken skin and avoid contact with vital organs like the eyes. For starts, methanol is a very strong alcohol and can cause skin reddening and itching.
  3. Flexdermal joint cream is quickly absorbed by your body. This means that you will get instant results upon application. In fact you will feel the relief within 10 seconds. By the time you close the lid, your pain will be gone.
  4. I found Flexdermal to be easily portable. It is odourless and non-greasy. It could pass as a sunscreen even you carry it your gym bag. You don't have to fear staining your clothes or anything. In fact, you could apply it on your skin, wait for five minute, rub it off and apply your lotion or sunscreen. Or you can even apply the lotion on top off it without fear of reactions.
  5. The product worked on both joints and muscles. At times when I go jogging and my muscles are acting up, I apply it on the upper calf and boom! Instant relief. Additionally, you can use it several times a day without the fear of overdosing.

I understand that you might be struggling with joint pain and I understand your plight since I have been there. The good news is that, getting rid of the pain is neither expensive nor impossible. All you need to know is the product that works right for you. In my case, I started with Flexdermal and stuck to it since it worked just perfectly. I wish you all the best in your fight against pain.
